How about a perfect piece of Cornwall to call your very own? Choose a seasonal pitch at Monkey Tree Holiday Park and you’ll enjoy the perfect break as often as you like! What’s more, you can enjoy all of our facilities too!

Our season runs from Easter through until the end of October, and we have a growing community of seasonal pitch guests.

Seasonal Pitches

From as little as £4000 (plus £250 refundable security deposit), and electric charged at 22p kWh a unit, you could have your touring caravan on a minimum 8 x 10m pitch at Monkey Tree Holiday Park, providing you and your family with 31 weeks of annual holiday time.

That’s around £125 per week – even in Peak Holidays.

All pitches include access to park facilities including the Palm Bay swimming pool complex!

RV Pitches 

From £4350 you can enjoy 31 weeks of holiday time!

Winter

During Winter months, seasonal guests are able to benefit from leaving their caravans onsite. Rather than towing your Caravan home, you can store it at Monkey Tree Holiday Park from November – ready for next Season.
