Our holiday homes offer a comfortable, self-catering base for family holidays in Cornwall, set within Monkey Tree Holiday Park near Newquay and Perranporth.

Each holiday home has three bedrooms, sleeps up to eight people, and includes bed linen ready for your arrival. Choose from a range of options to suit different budgets, preferences and areas of the park.

Every stay includes access to our on-park facilities, including Palm Bay swimming pool, family entertainment, play areas, food and drink, and our on-site shop.

Our holiday homes are ideal if you want the comfort of your own space, while still enjoying everything a holiday park has to offer. With facilities, entertainment and family-friendly activities on park, it’s easy to relax and make the most of your time together.

Monkey Tree is a great base for exploring Cornwall’s north coast, with Newquay and Perranporth only a short drive away. After a day out, you can head back to the park and enjoy the facilities, including the Palm Bay swimming pool.
