Monkey Tree Holiday Park is the perfect place to take your camping, Motorhome, American RV or touring caravan holiday.
Set in 56 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside and located in a central location between Newquay and Perranporth, Monkey Tree Holiday Park provides easy access to Cornwall’s sights and attractions making it the perfect base for exploring.
We offer a variety of pitches from standard electric pitches to ‘Ultra Deluxe Pitches’; larger pitches boasting their very own private shower room facilities, undercover dining area with a BBQ and washing up area
Your break includes one car parking space as well as the use of all on-site facilities including Palm Bay swimming pool, entertainment, kids’ club and play areas (indoor and out).
Please note adventure golf is an additional charge.
Hints & Tips: all electric hook ups are within 10 metres of the pitch and at 16 amp supply.
(Please add the Adjoining Pitch fee onto each booking if you wished to be next to another pitch. There is a maximum of 3 pitches next to each other and this is subject to availability).

An average 15m x 12m pitch with electric, water and drainage supply. Enclosed on three sides and complete with gravel parking space. Your own private fully tiled shower room with a toilet and basin within the nearest toilet and shower block.
An average 15m x 12m pitch with electric, water and drainage supply along with gravel parking space. Your own private ensuite shower room with toilet and basin located on your pitch together with an undercover alfresco dining area complete with BBQ and washing up area. This is camping at its best!
RV Pitch
Monkey Tree is the ideal place for Camper Vans, RVs & large Motorhomes. 18 x 10 meter Grass pitches with electric & water.

Field Requests
Field Requests
If you would prefer to stay in a certain field you can put in a field request when you book, paying an extra £4.00 per night.
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee pitch requests.
However, if you are holidaying with friends and would like adjoining pitches you can request this at the time of booking for just £5.25 extra per night.

Minimum Stays
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights. In Peak Season some of our pitches have a 7 night minimum stay.
Arrival & Departure times
Pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on your departure date.
Payment
Bookings are confirmed when a deposit is taken and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Find out more about our Payment Plans.

Holiday Cancellation Scheme
Cancellation insurance can be added when booking to cover the cost of your Holiday, please call us to book your holiday and add this extra on.
Our holiday cancellation scheme covers you from the moment we receive your booking, deposit and insurance premium. Monkey Tree Holiday Park will refund all monies paid (excluding the cancellation and booking fees), provided we have written confirmation of cancellation of the entire party at least 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. You and all your members named are covered by the insurance. See terms & conditions for full details.

The campsite is close to the main road through Cornwall, so it’s easy to get out and about to visit beaches and attractions.
You’re also close to Newquay and Perranporth, where you’ll find countless sandy beaches, restaurants, bars and shops to choose from.
