Tickets

Q. How can I get tickets to the Party in the Park Festival?

A. You can purchase advance weekend tickets online, until the day before the Festival. Please note, tickets are limited and will sell out – get in early to guarantee your place at the Festival. Any remaining tickets will be for sale on the day!

Q. Does my ticket give me access to the whole event?

A. Weekend tickets and family tickets are available for the whole event, from 5pm Friday until 5pm Sunday. View prices here.

Q. What does my ticket include?

A. Your ticket gives you access to all acts performing during the day and evening, from Friday 5pm – 11pm, Saturday 12pm – 11pm & Sunday 12pm – 5pm.

Q. Does my infant need a ticket?

Children aged 3 and above will need a ticket to the festival.

Q. Where are the tickets I bought?

A. When you purchase your tickets online you will receive an email with your tickets attached. Please print this and bring it with you to the event. If you don’t receive your tickets within 10 minutes of purchasing online, please check your SPAM folder.

Q. I’m interested in coming to the Festival but can not make the evening event – do you have a ticket for just the day?

A. Your tickets gives you access to the whole Party in the Park event, from 5pm Friday until 5pm Sunday,  You can come as early or as late as you’d like. Please note you will need to vacate the park at 11pm if you are not a resident guest.

Q. My confirmation email hasn’t arrived.

A. After buying your tickets online, if you don’t receive a confirmation email with tickets attached, please check your SPAM folder. If you still can’t find your ticket email, please email enquiries@monkeytreeholidaypark.co.uk with details of the name and email you used to book your tickets and we can check the system and send you a copy.

Q. I’m under 18 – can I attend the Party in the Park Tribute Festival?

A. Yes – the event is open to families, with plenty for children and adults to do. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Q. I can no longer attend the event – can I get a refund?

A. Unfortunately we’re unable to offer refunds on this event.

Q. Are dogs allowed?

A. Dogs are welcome at Monkey Tree Holiday Park, however access to some areas of the park may be restricted during this event. We’d advise you check with Reception for the latest guidance.

Accommodation

Q. I want to attend the Party in the Park Tribute Festival but don’t have anywhere to stay?

A. You can book a 3-night camping stay at the Holiday Park, which includes your pitch and access to the event. Find details and book here.

Q. Can I buy tickets to the Festival without staying at the Park?

A. Yes – you can buy tickets here. The event opens at 5pm Friday and all guests not staying on Park will need to leave by 11pm each evening.

General Information

Q. Where can I park my car during the Festival?

A. If you have a ticket for the event but are not staying at the Park, there is general parking at the Holiday Park at no extra charge. Guests staying at the Park during the Festival are provided with a parking space next to their accommodation.

Q. How do I get to the venue?

A. The Party in the Park Tribute Festival is held at Monkey Tree Holiday Park near Newquay. The Park is just minutes off the main A30 – you can get full directions here.

Q. What if it’s raining?

A. We want you to enjoy The Party in the Park whatever the weather. The Family Day is an outdoor event and will go ahead if the weather is inclement. We advise you check weather forecasts in advance and come prepared, with waterproofs, or sunhats, sun lotion, etc.

Q. Will you be filming the event?

A. We will be taking photos and video at the Party in the park Tribute Festival – learn more here. Photos and film may be shared on our social media accounts, online and in marketing materials.

Q. Is the event accessible?

A. Yes- please see below for details. If you have specific disabled access requirements, please email enquiries@monkeytreeholidaypark.co.uk.

Q. Can I come to the Festival to sell my products and services?

A. There may be the opportunity for businesses (henna tattoo art, hair braiding, gifts, etc.) to provide products and services to guests at this event for a fee. Please email enquiries@monkeytreeholidaypark.co.uk to learn more.

Q. Will the pool be open?

A. Palm Bay will be open to resident guests only. Day ticket holders will not have access to Palm Bay.

Q. What medical services will be available?

A. There will be a First Aid Area located in the Festival Area. You can find this located on the Map on entry. If you are in need of assistance please see one of the Security Team.

Accessibility

Q. Is the event accessible?

A. The land is mostly flat grass fields. Some areas can be uneven. Please bear this is mind when booking your tickets. If you have specific enquiries, please email enquiries@monkeytreeholidaypark.co.uk.

Q. Is the event suitable for wheelchairs?

A. Please note that due to the uneven ground some areas may not be easy to navigate. The weather can have particularly adverse effects on the ground. Please ensure you make all the necessary adjustments and bring any equipment that you may need. Please email enquiries@monkeytreeholidaypark.co.uk if you require more information or call 01872 572032.

Q. I need a carer to attend with me.

A. If you require a carer to attend with you please purchase your ticket and email enquiries@monkeytreeholidaypark.co.uk with your ticket number and proof Carers or Access Card and we’ll add your carer to the guest list at no extra cost.

Q. Is there disabled parking?

A. There will be designated disabled parking next to the Festival Area, as close to the entrance as possible. The distance to the Main Stage is about 200 metres.

Q. Does the camping have disabled access?

A. The camping area is located 400 metres from the main Festival Area. There will be accessible designated toilets in this area.

Q. Can I bring my assistance dog to the Festival?

A. We welcome assistance dogs Into the festival Area. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your assistance dog.

Q. Will strobe lighting be used at the event?

A. Yes – strobe lighting will be used during the Festival. WARNING: This may potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Visitor discretion is advised.

Terms & Conditions

Monkey Tree Holiday Park reserves the right to change the confirmed acts/event at any time without prior notice. Only customers holding a valid Ticket will be admitted to the Event. Tickets are subject to availability. Your Ticket may be invalid if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. The Holiday Park will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. You are solely responsible for the safe-keeping of Your Ticket. It is not always possible to issue duplicate Tickets, but if duplicates are issued, a reasonable administration fee may be charged. All advertised times are approximate and subject to change. Tickets are non-transferable.

Q. What items are prohibited at the event?

A. The Party in the Park is a family event, and will be attended by children of all ages. To ensure everyone’s safety, the following items are prohibited:

  • Drones or similar
  • Professional camera or audio-visual recording equipment
  • Candles, fireworks, flares, flammable liquids, etc.
  • Sharp objects
  • Illegal substances
