Being so close to the Cornish coast, it’s no surprise water is a huge attraction here at Monkey Tree Holiday Park, and Palm Bay is a pool like no other.

As the centrepiece of our park, Palm Bay is a favourite with families staying at Monkey Tree.

Set in beautifully landscaped surroundings, the whole family will love our heated leisure pool. There’s a boardable pirate ship and multiple water features where guests of all ages can enjoy hours of fun throughout the day.

The Beach Bar offers drinks, snacks and hot food to enjoy poolside. In the evening, make the most of those warm Cornish evenings with a drink on The Beach Club terrace.

With a view like this, you’ll have to remind yourself you’re still in the UK!

Off Peak Opening Hours
10am – 4pm (Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon)

Opening hours are weather dependent and vary throughout the season. Palm Bay is a seasonal facility and typically closes in late September.

Booking

Palm Bay Swimming Pool is free to use for all guests staying on the park.

In our peak summer months we guarantee 2 pre-bookable sessions in a 7 day period. These must be booked at Monkey Tree Reception.

There are no restrictions on how many times you use the pool. After your pre-booked sessions, each session is first come, first serve, until capacity is met.

Day passes are available for local residents (not available during peak summer). See our Day Pass information, then book online here or by calling our booking line.

Pool Rules

Our guests’ comfort and safety is our priority and Palm Bay has a team of trained lifeguards on hand during opening hours. However, guests remain responsible for their families and children whilst using the facility.

No alcohol or glass can be taken into Palm Bay.

No smoking or vaping is allowed.

For safety reasons, no large inflatables are allowed in the pool.

We regret that dogs are not permitted in the Palm Bay complex.
