Taking place on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th September 2025 at Monkey Tree Holiday Park, this two-night event is designed especially for local families. It’s the perfect chance to escape the routine, have fun outdoors, and spend meaningful time together.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the buzz of excitement. Whether it’s roasting marshmallows by the fire or dancing under the stars, The Big Camp Out offers something for everyone.

What Makes The Big Camp So Special?
The Big Camp is a two-night family camping event filled with outdoor entertainment, fun activities for all ages, and classic campfire moments. From the moment you arrive, the weekend invites you to slow down and soak up the magic of outdoor living — whether you’re roasting marshmallows, dancing under the stars, or enjoying a quiet moment by the fire.
Plus, the event takes place in an exclusive camping field on the park, giving families a dedicated space to relax, reconnect, and let the kids roam free. It’s a safe, welcoming setting where you can unwind and enjoy time together.
What’s Included in The Big Camp?
Over the weekend, you can enjoy live music and outdoor entertainment under the stars. Plus, there’s marshmallow toasting around the campfire and bushcraft fun led by our local Bear Grylls. Both kids and grown-ups will love joining in on outdoor games hosted by our friendly entertainment team. Then, each evening ends with singalongs around the fire.
Additionally, a delicious BBQ and bar area will be open, so you can relax with great food and drinks as the sun sets.
To make the weekend even more exciting, we’ll have a few tractors and diggers on display. This is a real treat for little ones who are fascinated by big machines!

During your stay, you’ll also have full access to all of Monkey Tree Holiday Park’s fantastic facilities. That includes the incredible Palm Bay Swimming Pool, our huge outdoor adventure play parks, and an indoor soft play area that’s perfect for little explorers.
