From mid-March through to early November, you and your family (up to 8 people) can enjoy 31 weeks of holiday time on a spacious 8 x 10m pitch. Park your touring caravan and step straight into the Cornish lifestyle whenever you like.

And it’s not just about the pitch — you’ll also enjoy full access to all of our fantastic on-site facilities, plus the chance to be part of a warm and growing community of seasonal pitch guests.

Affordable Holidays All Season Long

A seasonal pitch at Monkey Tree Holiday Park offers incredible value. Prices start from £4,500 (plus a £250 refundable security deposit), with electricity charged at just 22p per kWh.

That works out at around £140 per week — even during peak holiday times. Best of all, flexible payment plans are now available, making it even easier to secure your place.

Secure Caravan Storage in Cornwall

Keep your caravan safe and close to your favourite holiday spot with our secure on-park storage, available all year round. Simply call Reception to arrange your stay, giving at least 24 hours’ notice—or a little longer between November and March. Then, when you arrive, your caravan will already be on your pitch, ready for you to settle in.

Storage starts from £145 per quarter, with a £50 siting fee each time we move your van and a £100 refundable deposit.
