You can book online using our secure booking system or by calling our friendly Reception team. We recommend booking early for school holidays and bank holiday dates as these periods are very popular.
In most cases, a £250 non-refundable deposit secures your holiday at Monkey Tree Holiday Park. The remaining balance is usually due 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are normally payable in full at the time of booking.
Monthly payments can be arranged; however the full balance of your holiday must be paid In full 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencing. We occasionally run special offers, however these should not be expected and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Changes and cancellations are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend that you have holiday cancellation cover or travel insurance, as charges may apply if you cancel close to your arrival date or if you choose not to travel.

Touring and camping pitches are normally available from around midday on arrival day and should be vacated by 10.00 am on departure. Holiday homes are available from 1600 and must also be vacated by 10.00 am. Your confirmation email will show your exact times.
If you plan to arrive late, please let us know in advance. If you arrive after Reception has closed, our Security team can usually help with late check-in. Very late arrivals may be asked to stay in a holding area for the night to avoid disturbing other guests.
Yes. The lead guest must bring photo ID with proof of address, such as a driving licence and will be asked to present it on arrival. This helps us keep everyone in the park safe and secure.
Yes. All guests receive wristbands on arrival and should wear them throughout their stay. Wristbands may be checked at venues and are required for access to certain facilities and entertainment.

We offer a range of grass and hardstanding touring and camping pitches, from standard electric pitches to premium options with private facilities. There are also extra-large pitches suitable for bigger units and motorhomes. Full pitch details are shown when you search on our Touring and Camping page.
A touring or camping stay includes your pitch, space for a car and access to our main facilities including Palm Bay pool, play areas and evening entertainment. Some activities may carry a small additional charge.
Please check with our booking team . Any extras should be added to your booking so our team can place you on a suitable pitch.
Yes. There are toilets and shower blocks, washing-up areas and a launderette in the park. Facilities are located close to the main camping fields. Please respect other guests by keeping these areas clean and tidy.

Monkey Tree Holiday Park offers a variety of self-catered holiday homes in different sizes and grades, from budget friendly value options to more spacious models with extra touches. Layouts, bed configurations and features are shown in the booking journey when you search your dates.
Bed linen is provided in our holiday homes and should remain in the accommodation for the duration of your stay. Details of what is included and whether you need to bring towels will be confirmed in your booking information.
We have several pet-friendly holiday homes that can be booked if you are bringing a dog. These must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability and our pets policy.
No. All holiday homes are strictly non-smoking, including vaping. Additional cleaning charges will apply if guests smoke in the accommodation.
Yes. Our holiday homes require a £250 credit or debit card deposit, payable on arrival. This is a damage waiver which will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Monkey Tree Holiday Park in selected dog-friendly touring pitches and pet-friendly holiday homes. Please add your dog to your booking so we can place you in appropriate accommodation and apply any relevant charges.
Dogs are allowed on designated dog-friendly pitches, in pet-friendly holiday homes, in the dog-walking area and in selected outdoor seating areas such as Summer Nights Bar and Food Court. Dogs are not permitted in the pool area, shop, arcade, adventure golf, toilet blocks or dishwashing areas.
Dogs banned in the UK under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted. Some breeds and crossbreeds may be required to wear a muzzle and remain on a lead at all times. Please check our full pets policy before booking.
If anyone in your party has a pet allergy, we recommend avoiding pet-friendly accommodation, as we cannot guarantee that pets have never been present in a particular unit. Please speak to our team before booking so we can advise.

Yes. We welcome day visitors on selected dates. Day passes give access to a range of facilities, such as Palm Bay pool sessions, play areas and certain activities. Availability and pricing vary throughout the season, so please check our Day Pass page for current details.
Yes. Access to Palm Bay, our outdoor pool complex, is included for guests staying in the park, subject to opening dates and session availability. At busy times, we may operate a booking system to manage capacity.
Palm Bay is a seasonal outdoor pool complex and usually opens from late spring through the summer. Exact opening dates and any restrictions for day visitors will be shown on our Palm Bay and Day Pass pages each year.
Families can enjoy Palm Bay pool, indoor soft play, outdoor play parks, adventure golf, an arcade, kids’ clubs and a busy programme of daytime and evening entertainment. Some activities may have additional charges.

There are several food and drink venues in the park, including The Beach Club and Summer Nights Bar and Food Court, serving breakfast, snacks and main meals. Opening times and menus may vary throughout the season.
Most food and drink venues operate as card and contactless only, while facilities such as the on-site shop and arcade accept cash. We recommend bringing a suitable payment card with you.
There is a full programme of family entertainment, from children’s clubs and daytime activities to evening shows, games, live music and visiting acts. The programme changes through the season and is busiest during school holidays.

Many of our main buildings are single-storey and there are accessible toilet facilities in key areas of the park. However, some camping fields and paths are uneven or sloping. Our Accessibility page gives more details, and our team can advise on the best options when you book.
The speed limit in the park is 5 mph to keep everyone safe. Vehicles should be parked in designated areas and within your pitch or allocated space. In most cases, you can bring up to two cars per booking, although extra charges may apply.
Barbecues are allowed as long as they are raised off the ground and used safely. Open fires and campfire-style fire pits are not permitted.
