Padstow Harbour Lights
Padstow’s Christmas lights are particularly spectacular, and this year the switch-on happens on 29th November. On the same day, Nadelik Lowen, a community Christmas celebration, takes place around Duke Street and Market Place.
While exploring the festive sights, grab a pasty, pie, or a pint from the Harbour Bakehouse, for some of the top-rated treats in town.

Ice Skating At Watergate Bay

Lappa Valley Railway
One of Cornwall’s best loved family days out, this 1.5 mile route takes you along the route of the historic Newquay – Chacewater line and there’s a wealth of seasonal family-friendly activities to enjoy.
Savour the magic of Cornwall’s secret world of play and trains at Christmas time and meet Father Christmas in his very special grotto, where a present awaits for the children.
