Monkey Tree Holiday Park’s first ever Summer Fun Day was a great success with families flocking to the park for free fun and games.
As well as games and entertainment led by the on-site team, there were also bouncy castles, face-painting, live music, a Punch & Judy show, and a delicious barbecue.
“It’s the first time we’ve ever done anything like this on the park,” explained entertainments manager Liam Basham. “But the reaction from guests and staff was really positive when we first suggested it, so we went to town with the event and laid on loads for people to do!”
Despite mixed weather forecasts, the sun played its part on the Summer Fun Day, giving people the opportunity to sit on the grass and at the picnic tables to enjoy the live music and freshly barbecued food.
