Falmouth Spring Festival
March - A festival to celebrate Falmouth's beautiful open and green spaces, with guided walks and talks, garden spring clean events, Gardener's Question time and a Spring Fair. A full schedule will be posted on the festival website.
Fifteen Cornwall Spring Farmers' Market
March - Join Cornwall's local suppliers and growers to celebrate the start of the growing year - showcasing everything from fresh fish to local meat, from store cupboard chutneys to artisan cheese and bread.
Oyster Gathering & Seafood Harvest, Falmouth
March - A small local oyster festival. Join the local oyster men on their last weekend of the season and sample fresh seafood cooked by local and internationally recognised chefs.
Cornwall Spring Flower Show
March - A fragrant celebration of Cornish garden mania, organised by the Cornwall Garden Society.
Trereife Easter Food & Craft Festival
April - Inspiring tours of Trereife House, local chef's delectable selection of locally produced food and rink, exquisite art and crafts to browse and buy. Children's Easter Egg Hunt and live music performances.
St Agnes Outsid'er Festival
April - A celebration of the best that St Agnes's unique coastline and countryside has to offer.
Boscastle Walking Week
April - A week of walks with experienced and informed local guides. Walks for all ages and abilities.
Trevithick Day
Late April - An impressive display and celebratory convoy of vintage steam-powered vehicles, model exhibitions and fairground rides.
Porthleven Food Festival
April - The Porthleven food and Music Festival celebrates the finest Cornish food and chefs, with demos, tastings and plenty of local produce to make the mouth water.
Art8 Newquay Arts & Culture Festival
Early May - Art 8 is Newquay's Arts and Culture Festival - four days of bursting at the seams with events, exhibits and workshops involving film, craft, photography and more.
St Ives May Day
May 2016 - Celebrating the end of winter and the coming of spring, a tradition that stretches back hundreds of years in West Cornwall, the town is filled with parades, traditional Cornish dancing and music.
Helston Flora Day
May - The famous Flora Day is a start of spring celebration - the streets are decorated and dancing begins at 7am and continues throughout the day.
Bude & Stratton Folk Festival
May - Held annually on the late May Bank Holiday Weekend, the Folk Festival is a friendly mixture of Folk Concerts, including a fun filled 'Old Time Music Hall' dance, music and song all based in and around Bude.
Fal River Festival
End May - Celebrating life on the river Fal, this is a community festival encompassing over 150 events, including a fish festival, gig, racing, swimming, wildlife walks and lots more.
Royal Cornwall Show
June - Cornwall's showcase since 1793 and a fascinating glimpse into rural life. Apart from the livestock judging, there is the famous flower tent, show jumping and a fast and furious inter-hunt relay - miles of stands, games, animal displays and much much more.
Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival
June - A fantastic free festival of maritime music and a great way to soak up the true atmosphere of Falmouth's seafaring past with performances by dozens of groups from the UK and beyond.
Looe Lugger Regatta
Mid June - This bi-annual regatta takes place in the busy seaside town of looe and is a celebration of the area's fishing herritage. Traditional luggers, small, two masted sailing boats once common along the coats of England and France, head to the town for the regatta.
Polo on the Beach
September - Polo on the Beach weekend event takes place at Watergate Bay near Newquay, with the promise of speed and excitement featuring some of the country's top professional polo players.
Stithians Show
July - Musical entertainment, food courts, crafts, local produce stalls, a fairground, and animals of all sorts including rare breeds, a dog show and dog agility, equestrian events - a full day out for the whole family.
Charlestown Regatta Week
August - A week of fun events for all the family including events such as the fun triathlon, raft races, donkey derby, live music and colourful carnival to raise funds for the local community.
Gunnislake Festival
August - A Cornish village four-day festival comprising music, history, art, dancing and competitions - something for all the family during the day and in the evenings.
Boardmasters Festival
August - One of the biggest surf, skate and music festival situated across two seaside locations in Cornwall, Boardmasters is a must-see.
Falmouth Week
August - Falmouth Week has grown into the largest sailing regatta in the South West with more than 450 yachts racing over eight days, and a lively programme of shore side events.
Fowey Regatta & Carnival Week
August - One of the best local regattas in the country, with a fun-filled week for all the family. Events include a mid week carnival, Red Arrows display and a spectacular firework display over the harbour.
