A charity night at Monkey Tree Holiday Park has raised £500 for Newquay charity, the Joe Way Appeal.
The event, which saw over 100 people flock to the holiday park, featured stand-up from Cornwall’s favourite comedian Johnny Cowling.
“It’s a marvellous charity which will inspire anyone who hears about it,” said Johnny, “I was happy to add my support – the turnout was brilliant and atmosphere from the home crowd amazing – great night!”
As well as the fast-paced jokes and story-telling we’ve come to expect from performer Johnny Cowling, the event also featured plenty of singing and live music.
“Excellent night – absolute belter,” tweeted guest, David Bracey from Truro. “Continual laughs, dancing, singing – best night out in ages!”
The £500 raised goes to the Joe Way appeal and Help for Heroes.
