How about a perfect piece of Cornwall to call your very own? Choose a seasonal pitch at Monkey Tree Holiday Park and you’ll enjoy the perfect break as often as you like! What’s more, you can enjoy all of our facilities too!
Our season runs from Easter through until the end of October, and we have a growing community of seasonal pitch guests. From as little as £4000 (plus £250 refundable security deposit), and electric charged at 22p kWh a unit, you could have your touring caravan on a minimum 8 x 10m pitch at Monkey Tree Holiday Park, providing you and your family with 31 weeks of annual holiday time.
That’s around £125 per week – even in Peak Holidays.
All pitches include access to park facilities including the Palm Bay swimming pool complex!
We have a secure storage facility available on park throughout the year for those wishing to leave their caravan close to their holiday destination. You book your holiday with Reception in the usual way, giving at least 24 hours’ notice (we require more notice when the park is closed from November -March), and we’ll have your van on your pitch ready for your arrival.
Prices from £145 per quarter plus £50 pulling in /out siting fee
In addition, there is a £100 refundable deposit which is required to ensure collection of your van at the end of your storage period. This will be returned once your van has left the Park.
